FreeEdge (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a matched betting guidance and calculator tool operated by FreeEdge (“the Company”). We provide educational content, calculators, and step-by-step guidance to help users understand and execute matched betting strategies using publicly available bookmaker welcome offers.

FreeEdge is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold funds, or guarantee outcomes.

By accessing or using FreeEdge (freeedge.app), creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

FreeEdge is offered as a one-time payment of £9.99 (GBP), which grants you lifetime access to the platform.

No refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital product and waive any right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as access is granted immediately upon payment.

We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers at any time. Your existing access is unaffected by price changes.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. FreeEdge does not store your payment card details.

You must create an account to access FreeEdge. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. One account is for one person only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used fraudulently, or are shared between multiple users.

Matched betting involves real money gambling. While the strategy aims to cover both outcomes, financial loss is possible, particularly if:

• Bets are placed incorrectly or at incorrect stakes
• Odds move significantly between placing back and lay bets
• A bookmaker restricts or closes your account (“gubbing”)
• Offer terms change without notice
• The user deviates from the guidance provided

FreeEdge makes no guarantee of profit. Estimated profit figures shown are illustrative only, based on typical outcomes, and are not a promise of results. Individual results will vary.

All content on FreeEdge — including but not limited to text, calculator logic, software, the browser extension, and design — is the property of FreeEdge and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeEdge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from betting activities
• Bookmaker account restrictions
• Inaccuracies in offer information
• Service downtime or technical issues

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to FreeEdge (£9.99).

You must not use FreeEdge to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any fraudulent activity with bookmakers
• Resell or redistribute FreeEdge content or access
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of FreeEdge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
